Basic minimum were provided by the host which was much appreciated.

The website to provide information was a great idea, but having a paper version would have been great as much more convenient to look for quick info.

The host is very kind and he has always helpful. Our kid loves the oranges ;)

Casa àmplia amb tot el necessari tant en aspecte d'estris de cuina, productes de neteja...a més disposa de dues grans terrasses ,aire acondicionat, descalcificador, dos banys.... Tanmateix en Joan,el propietari , sempre ha estat disponible en tot moment aconsellant llocs per disfrutar de la gastronomia i ubicacions dels millors llocs de la illa,tracte amable i molt proper i això s'agraeix molt. Aconsellable 100%

The house is nice, clean, authentic, cosy. It was comfortable and pleasant to live in. The host is just wonderful, so many thanks for being so helpful, friendly and kind to us ❤️. We will bring very warm memories of Mallorca thanks to Joan and his place 🙂

Spacious apartment with all the facilities you may need. Full kitchen with cutlery, coffee machine , toaster etc. Good grocery store 3 minutes on foot.

It can be a little cold in winter. Take some warm 'home' clothes with you:) Some slippers in the house would definitely help.

Santa Margalida is a very nice and quiet town. There are very nice cycling and running routes nearby, and the drive to the mountains for bigger rides is not very far. In a short walking distance from the property there are two small supermarkets (Spar and Bipbip) and a very nice little cafe, too. The coast is just a short drive/cycling distance. The property has two bathrooms, which is very comfortable. The entry room is big enough to put the bikes in. And the balcony is very nice!

In the winter season there's no big selection of restaurants, which is not a big deal, as the property's kitchen is fully equipped.

Grocery shops within 3 minutes, ancient square with restaurant and a cafe within 10 minutes. Parking without problems. The hosts are very nice and communicative, they gave us good advice in everything we needed. Overall, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, so we can warmly recommend it to everyone.

We have no words to describe how great this accommodation was!! Everything was just perfect: clean, all the facilitates we could wish for, terrace - all private and very beautiful house in a quiet town. The hosts were amazing, the best we ever had in all our trips. Extremely helpful and responsive, they provided all the details about everything, waited us with water and fruits, suggested us great restaurants nearby and even bring us morning traditional cake which was delicious. They are really superhosts! We had a rented car and could park on the streets around the house, we got indications from the host where is allowed to park and we had no problems finding a spot every night.

There is really nothing to complain about, we are so glad we found this place for our vacation.
