All was perfect

Location and the view are amazing, just the road to come to the apartment is really wery steep.

Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Gave us good recommendations on what to do in Mahe. Location of the accommodation was very good, the main beach was right next to it. Room was clean, with an amazing view from the balcony. Overall, it was a very nice stay, would definitely go back. Thank you, Natalia and Harvey :)

Clean and modern. Beautiful view. Owners live below so are around for anything you might need. They very kindly did a load of washing for us. Nice decor, gorgeous kitchen on the balcony, massive shower. Beau vallon beach nearby, nice pizza place at the bottom of the hill.

The beautiful view comes with a price, a very, very steep hill. This isn't uncommon on Mahé but we walked up it once and I wouldn't have wanted to do it again! We had a hire car, there is parking but driving anywhere on the island requires confidence with hills and windy roads. Wifi was very slow.

Nice apartment. We loved the open/outside kitchen concept. Furniture was new, bed was alright. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, including salt, peper and some oil. AC worked perfectly. The location was great for us because it's close to the Bau Vallon stores and bars but we still had the quiet, secluded atmosphere at the ap. Sunset view from the balcony was amazing as were our hosts. We really felt welcomed and they gave us some good advice and recommendations about bars, restaurants, beaches etc. which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definetly stay there again.

the only negative thing I’d like to mention is that I had asked Natalia if she has a contact for a car rental. After getting the details, we chose the smallest category as we were only a couple that would mainly need the car to go up the hill to the accommodation and do a bit of shopping. Simone, who was the contact, was kind enough to deliver the car to the ferry and there we were kind of shocked to see that the car was super old. It was already in use for 180k km and driving it was not easy at all. As we asked why the car is so old, we got the answer that we chose the smallest category which really doesn’t make sense at all. So my recommendation is to use another car rental or actually ask how old the car is you’re getting. I guess there’s a learning in everything.

Lovely accommodation in the hills. The apartment was clean and you could find everything you needed there. The sunsets were amazing. It was a short distance to the beach and there were several nice restaurants nearby. The hosts were helpful and we got help whenever we needed it.

Erverything was great!

Natalia, Rose and Harvey helped us with all our questions, fabulous hosts. We were able to use the barbecue, we have enjoyed the tranquility and views as well as the birds and geckos!!! :)
