the location where the unit is located

the state of the staff in the unit,such as dishes, we had to clean everything before use. staff was molded. we had to pay a breakage fee, and we found a broken kitchen unit door, and the dresser was broken, all reported same night of arrival. to our surprise we received a whatsapp informing us that our breakage fee, that was meant to be refunded will be withheld for a broken door, which is all false. as no door was broken, the image shared is not even for the unit we stayed in. No one should book here, these people are not trustworthy

House was okay and had everything to relax

They accused us of breaking a scissors which we didn't and took away money from our breakage deposit
