Front office saujanya treats very well to the guest. Smiling face with cool . Rooms are maintained very well . Room service is excellent. Im happy with the interaction with saujanya. Mr.Prakash also good at guest

The front office staff in the morning and the evening have no manners at all. We had booked the room and wanted to extend the time till 7.30pm as our bus was at 8pm and the person in the morning told you have to pay 2k and we agreed and evening manager says he told that you had to check out at 4pm so you have to pay extra Rs.500. The have no courtesy or manners and behave like hooligans including the girl who is in the evening (she keeps blinking her eyes) not sure of their names. They have cameras which they say they don’t record. Then what is the use of the camera. Please don’t ever go to that hotel. There are many other good hotels nearby.

It was okay okay for a weekend trip... Not so close to any bus stops and you gotta depend on autos for going out any where and they charge more than 80 for everything..

The room was clean and the AC worked well. There were times when the wifi connection didn't function properly and occasional power outages (but that might have to do more with the city). I used room service for meals often and it was tasty and relatively quick. I was very disappointed in the "fitness center" though. One reason why I booked this hotel because I wanted to have access to a gym, but it was basically broken/old dirty equipment shoved into one side of the room, with no AC and no functioning water station. I likely won't book here again for this reason.

We booked into this Hotel mainly due to its excellent location, at Gandhi Nagar, just 2 kms from City Railway station. We guided our other family members also to get booked in the same hotel. Altogether we were eight members stayed in three rooms from 16-5-2023 to 18-5-2023. The room was spacious, with adequate furnitures . The bath room too was very neat and clean including the Ward robe, number locker, Elect. Kettle for coffee making. Linen were clean and perfectly renewed every day. The centralised AC system was easily controllable. There is no complaint on the room service also. Complementary breakfast was excellent with nice spread of dishes satisfying to all kinds of cuisines. (Photos attached) If at all I have to make any adverse opinion, it is on the service in the Bar cum restaurant attached to the hotel. There was only one person running around to attend to the calls of so many customers in such a big bar area. The starters were also not so great and very less choice. Price of the one Beer can of 'Budvisor magna' was shown as Rs.325 in the Menu card, but they billed it as Rs.350 per can. Overall, our stay at the Hotel was very nice. As I said earlier the location of the Hotel is excellent All kind of transport is available at the very entrance of the hotel with so many shopping area nearby.. Staff were polite and courteous.

Hotel was very good and staff is very friendly and very cooperative and very helpful mr.prakash and ms archana so supportive. Food was excellent room very clean and well maintained.over all experience is very good

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and my friends and I have travelled extensively throughout India. Myself and 2 friends had booked to stay for 7 nights ,only stayed 2 as our rooms were infested with cockroaches, running everywhere in room, over tea cups and in bathroom. Hotel staffs solution was to move us to other rooms after fumigating rooms with a tin of pest spray! Front of house staff were rude and duty manager beyond words. We checked out early and were promised a refund for the 5 nights we didn't stay ,and had paid for. They do not reply to messages and of course no refund has been paid .

Good Hotel The best rooms that i stayed in. The Had one of the best rooms the room was very large and didn't feel congested. Service quit troublesome in the area so if you want to check in or out you should do it in the morning to avoid traffic. Otherwise everything elase is good. You have ppparking for your car, room service is fine and the staff are very welcoming. Ms Mahalaxmi and Ms Archna were Very good and they know their work very well calm and cheerful . Hotel for the price comparing to others at this prive range. Hope this can help your decision making.room was very large and didn't feel congested. We ,both senior citizens,stayed in this hotel from 21st to 29 th August 2022.The hotel is excellent in every aspect.Rooms are cleaned everyday n Breakfast has enough items.Staffs is very friendly .Front desk personnel Miss Sowjanya n Mr Prakash are very cordial n efficient. But only snag is Travel desk ,represented by one Mr Santosh ,who has no control over the drivers.The drivers are very greedy specially Mr Vijay.For one driver Mr Manjunath,I lost Rs 1500.Only good driver was Mr Kiran.The hotel management should take strong action against them. Thank you.

Rooms are comfortable but overall very bad staff - arrived late and reception found it hard to greet me, give eye contact, a smile - nothing at all and very cold. Woken up in the morning by three cleaners shouting loudly at each other. Asked for coffee in the restaurant which seemed like the biggest ever issue and again such miserable staff - customers are in the way at this hotel and no service anywhere
