L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent se perdre dans la campagne irlandaise.

Le service client est d’une inefficacité remarquable. La maison n’est pas chauffée à l’arrivée mais au vue de sa taille, elle met le temps du séjour à chauffer - si le chauffage central fonctionnait puisque nous avons dû nous chauffer grâce aux chauffages d’appoint. La cheminée aurait pu aider, cependant le bois n’est pas fourni, même après la confirmation de l’équipe qu’on en aurait le lendemain (et qu’on attend toujours). Pas d’eau chaude dans les douches. Ce problème aurait pu être réglé si nous avions accès au panel de contrôle central, qui était dans une pièce fermée à clé dans laquelle se trouvait aussi la machine à laver mentionnée sur l’annonce et le nécessaire pour nettoyer la maison. La propreté du logement est également à revoir (paquet de bonbons dans le canapé, moutons de poussières sous le lit, casseroles sales, matelas sale sans protèges-matelas…). L’isolation est également à revoir puisque nous avions l’impression de participer aux discussions du logement mitoyen. La vue sur le lac mentionnée dans l’annonce n’est visible que depuis un bout de couloir. Pas de baignoires comme mentionnée dans l’annonce. Il y a bien un jacuzzi à l’extérieur mais qui n’est ni allumé, ni même propre. De multiples tentatives de prises de contacts (via messages, appels, Booking) n’ont menés à rien pour régler les problèmes existants. Les 4 étoiles mentionnées pour le logement ne sont pas méritées.

Kæmpe bolig med badeværelse til hvert soveværelse! Stort køkken al rum. Spa, som vi dog ikke nåede at bruge. Smukt og fredfyldt område.

Flere af sengene var meget hårde og sofaen alt for blød, nogle af gryderne var ikke helt rene.

House is big and had good choice of beds. Kitchen facility is nice.

Contacted the property several times to request and confirm that a cot and high chair would be provided. Note the listing says that <1 year olds can stay there. This request had to be escalated to senior management. I was called back twice by someone on the team to check my time of arrival and departure. On each call I again asked for confirmation that a cot and a high chair would be provided. I was eventually told I would get one or the other! In the end, there was a cot which was dirty (it had leaves and dirt in it and had to be cleaned). Apart from that the property was freezing. Property has space heaters - we couldn't get the living area warm enough. A plug socket in the living room wasn't working which was inconvenient. The floor was dirty so we struggled to find an area where the baby could crawl around. Not really suitable for families with small children, seems like more of a party house.

Very spacious for our group, nice fireplace in the lounge. Lovely building, view. Nice bedrooms.

Our toilet had no seat, no dishcloths in kitchen. Not sure about our unit when we arrived.

The location and building is amazing. I would love to spend much more time there. The necessary needs are limited, though. If you take everything you need and the hot water, wi fi and television are not a necessity, it is heaven.

No host and to many "I understand, no worries and we'll talk to management to get it taken care of," with no actions or follow up ever taken in the future.
