the property is clean and in a great location. they serve coffee and cake every morning and the stuff is very nice and helpful

The staff are so lovely and it feels like a little home. They always make cake and have free coffee and the kitchen is AMAZING to cook in and is super clean. There are cosy lounges everywhere and it’s close to the beach, I loved my stay and would recommend it 100 times.

Good location close to Praia Grande and the boardwalk is very clean, large and the kitchen is fully equipped

The tools are low level

the staff was awful, unfortunately. 1.) didn’t know, that i will come, 2.) not very motivated to translate things in english, 3.) the room i got had a bad smell- i asked if i could check out for free, the said no; 4.) got another room with a broken window- noises from the strong wind over the night; 5.) asked again to check out, said again no; offered me, to fix the window 6.) didn’t fix it properly 7.) volunteer was a little bit rude while talking to me; so i asked for help on booking 8.) at the next day, the chief came to me at 01:00pm and told me i have time to check out until 02:00pm (had to pack all my things, eat and check something new) 9.) asked for more time- she said no; 10.) was glad to leave the hostel at that point :-D
