Bei der Ankunft fanden wir alte Pizza in der Mikrowelle. Ein Föhn und Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer fehlten, obwohl das so beworben war. Wir haben das gemeldet und die KI hat immer freundlich auf unsere schriftlichen Meldungen geantwortet…

This apartment complex is situated in front of a house/shelter for drug addict/homeless people. They're hanging around outside, with drug dealers and other dubious people. The check-in instrunctions were clear, but the keys were not in a locked safe but in a safe (not-safe) that was standing wide open for anyone to pick a key from (and make a duplicate for easy entrance). Bearing in mind the neighbours across the street, it felt all but safe! On top of that, there were break-in marks at the side of the front door. Seeing this, we decided not to stay here and booked ourselves a safe place to spend the night. We called the renting company to tell the the above, but the only thing the employee could say is that he'd never heard about the locker standing open and he would ask the cleaning staff. That didn't help at all...
