Hotel "Stadt Köthen"

Die Lage war gut. Personal sehr nett. Fahrrad unterstellmöglichkeit sehr gut e-bike geeignet.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zlimmer an der Straßenseite sehr laut bei Sonnenschein sehr warm.. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

The hotel had an accessible parking lot, the only one in Köthen.

Minimal furnishing in the room, bathroom was functional with no extras, no cosmetic products like shampoo. No complimentary water or possibility to make tea or instant coffee. Breakfast was substandard. No yoghurt or whole grain bread for example.

I liked the two rooms a lot. You could expand yourself out comfortably without any issues and the beds were also very comfortable and everything was well kept together as it should be :).

That the room was very hot and the air was dense especially because it was summer weather. When we opened the windows for some fresh air the loud city noises came in rushing. So you have to decide you either can't sleep because of the heat or because of the noises even at night because of the window location to the street. Maybe the hotel keeper could integrate some fans for some kind of cooling.

We love this hotel. Polite staff. Breakfast in the sunniest room on the South East corner. Beautiful wood panels and parquet floors preserved from the 1950s. Spacious rooms. Easy parking in a totally unspoilt town, the favourite home of J.S.Bach
