I like the setup of the room. Staff was great. Will stay at a Spring Hill again

Room 309. Shower head needs to be replaced. The shower door was difficult to open and close. Mattress uncomfortable.

Dead bugs in the rooms, dirty stained sheets, unfriendly and unaccommodating management. All that being said, the most disappointing part of the experience was the lack of reason and compassion for a typing error with the booking. We accidentally booked Springhill Suites Maplegrove instead of Springhill Suites Fargo for myself my wife and our 3 little kids. Honest mistake, but booking with the same brand where my money hits the same bottom line for the company. I requested an amendment to reservation to move from one city to the other, but no matter how much I reasoned I was denied and had to change our plans. Will be the last time I stay at a Marriott brand of hotels.
