Superb room with one of the best bathrooms we've ever had. Staff were welcoming and helpful both before and after check in. We'll be back :-)

The pillows on the bed were very very firm, it would be good to offer a second softer pillow for choice as it detracted from what otherwise was a very comfortable room and good nights sleep.

Breakfast was good!

Had to go out at 8 am to remark my car …and then had to wait for a member of staff to be on premises at 8 to get back in! It would be good if they pointed me to a place where I didn’t have to move my car… Also I had a meeting at 9.15 on the Thursday morning… breakfast was rushed as it only started at 8.30… which seems quite late??

The children had a great little bunk bed in a nook, which they loved. The pub is lovely with great wines and lovely staff as well as fantastic breakfast. Great location in the centre of Crewkerne.

This wasn't a problem for us but worth knowing that the parking is a few minutes' walk in a public car park. But you can pull up outside and drop off / pick up so that's fine.

Wonderful place to stay in central Crewkerne. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was exactly as pictured. The room was so unique! Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy at night but we had our window open. Highly recommend!

Room was clean and staff were pleasant.

No parking on site. Leak in bathroom on arrival which although fixed fairly quickly meant using facilities in another room while waiting. Note that staff did provide complimentary drinks at the bar as an apology. Location was very noisy and we were concerned that there wasn’t a fire escape from the second floor. Tea and milk in room not replenished.

Staff. Facilities and the food was amazing.
