Las instalaciones muy modernas, cómodas y agradables.

Pésimo servicio y atención por parte del personal. Tengo 64 años de edad llegué con dos maletas, nadie me ayudó ni siquiera a abrir la puerta del hotel. Se me cayó una maleta y voltearon a verme las personas de la recepción y el guardia y ni siquiera se movieron para ayudarme, estaban demasiado ocupados viendo tic toc en su celular

La ubicación es perfecta. El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y bien equipado.

La recepcionista es increíblemente grosera, de verdad, me he quedado en cientos de hoteles y jamás me habían tratado así. Iba con mi recién nacido, mi esposa y mi mamá y sólo por no hacer un problema y hacer pasar a mi familia un momento negativo e incómodo lo dejé por la paz. No vuelvo, sólo por ella.
