The location was excellent and the apartment has a worderful roof top terrace. It is not the newest place, but it definitely has personality.

It wasn´t easy to contact with the property. They wouldn´t answer quickly.

Appartamento bello, ben arredato, cucina nuova e bagno in ordine. Il terrazzo è uno spazio stupendo, grande. Accoglienza di Gianluca calorosa e professionale. Ottime comunicazioni per organizzare il check-in

L’appartamento è caldissimo, di notte impossibile dormire in camera da letto. I due piccoli ventilatori sono praticamente inutili. Ho dovuto dormire sul divano. Il terrazzo è uno spazio bellissimo ma poco valorizzato, servirebbe una copertura per il gazebo o un ombrellone, qualche pianta per rinfrescare.

The location was great, in the city center. We appreciate the nice welcome agent Silda and the terrace on the rooftop is amazing

There were some ant in the bathroom and in the sleeping room The dishwasher wasn’t working ( but we had only a few glasses to wash)

The hosts were nice and fast offering solutions and answers to our questions. The location is very central which allows you to explore most of the city by foot. We booked the appartment mainly for the terrace and it was a great choice. Really great views! The rest of the appartment was good and with all the facilities that are listed on the site.

It was not such a problem for us as we are used to it (old building and upper floor), but the water pressure for the shower is very low.

I booked it for the roof terrace, which was great. Loads of space in the apartment. Convenient for visiting the city and easy walk from metro/main train station.

The location provided on the booking confirmation was incorrect, so it took half an hour back and forth on what's app to locate the member of staff who could let us in. They contact you on what's app, but on their end it is email, so it is very difficult to communicate in real time.

The property is HUGE a nice living area and kitchen space a small bedroom stairs leading to a lovely terrace. Location was perfect felt right in the heart of the city. Close to de Ferrari where you can catch buses to station and anywhere else.

Considering the amount of money we paid for this per night I was shocked to find I hate to pay €20 for a late check in. If it was 4 am I wouldn’t have minded but at 20:30 I dont consider that a late check in. The shower only work when a switch is pressed which we didn’t find out until the end of day 2 which would have been helpful to know. Other than these 2 things all is great

Nice and big roof terrace and beautiful views. A kitchen with a door and window was good if you cook. Fabio gave useful information during the trip.
