"If you need accommodation in that area for a decent money, this place is definitely a good choice!"

The staff is exceptionally friendly and responsive! The queen bed and pillows in cabin room were very comfortable and clean! They serve quite fair breakfast: eggs, toast bread, butter and jams, fruits, tea/instant coffee. To reach beaches I was taking bike taxi, the prices were: to Bang Tao and Surin beaches (approx. 74 batt), to Banana beach (approx. 105 batt). Next to the hostel there is a small cafe with traditional thai food (quite good), and 7 Eleven supermarket 5 minutes' walk from hostel.

"Super friendly staff!"

The manager was super nice and attentive - he would even ignore his phone while talking to you.

The room didn't have windows but it wasn't too bad because it had a sky light. Also luckily I was able to book a private room.
