Didn’t have a lift.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The rooms are very clean, and the host is one of the friendliest people we’ve met.

The place is in a very convenient place next to the old quarter, plus they have self check in so there is no problems if you arrive in the middle of the night. They also offer some amazing tours, which I loved!

The bed was really comfortable but one night there were two little bugs on the bed sheets, everything was clean so maybe it was a coincidence, just be aware if you are really scared from them.

The location of this homestay is excellent, as it's a bit more relaxed and less jam-packed, but still within 10 minutes of the heart of the super-packed/touristy Ancient Town area. The general price range / value for the area (other listings were significantly more expensive in Hoi An). The staff member who was in contact with me over WhatsApp was very prompt in her responses, even helping get me set up with a bicycle for rent less than 12 hours from when I wanted to have a 7am rental.

Unfortunately, every other homestay I've been at so far in Vietnam was a lot more clean – for example, there were visible, dusty cobwebs in every corner of the ceilings of the room, and upon entering my room I had to kill 5 mosquitos within the first 30 minutes. Every time I returned to the room I needed to kill more mosquitos. I realized they must be coming in through the hallway vent, so my suggestion is to turn on the bathroom vent while you're in the room - that way, it limits them getting inside while you are resting. The room is also a bit small and the location of some of the furnishing isn't the most ideal for what travelers would need for putting their suitcase etc, but I moved the side table around and was able to make it work. Overall, it's still a good value given the prices of other homestays in the area but I might have chosen to go with a slightly more expensive option for a slightly bigger / cleaner experience.

The host is super friendly and helpful. She gave us many great recommendations and was happy to organise anything we needed. The room was great value for money! We were only a short walk from the old town.

The room was a bit more worn out than in the pictures. Most of Hoi An struggles with damp.

Unica pecca: la via è centrale e può essere un po’ rumoroso

I had a great stay at Nem's House and it was truly a very good choice. The price-to-quality ratio is amazing – it’s hard to find such good accommodation for this price. The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and everything was nicely prepared for my arrival. The location is also very convenient – close to the city center, so you can easily walk to many attractions, restaurants, and cafés in Hoi An. However, the best part of this place is definitely the staff. Everyone is very friendly, kind, and helpful, creating a really welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Thu – she is incredibly kind, always smiling, and truly cares about the guests. She is always happy to help, gives great recommendations about the city, and makes you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. Her hospitality is exceptional and you can really see that she enjoys taking care of the guests. Thanks to people like Thu, staying at Nem's House becomes an even better experience. If I come back to Hoi An, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

מיקום מעולה!! במרכז העיר העתיקה, צוות מקסים, שהינו בשני חדרים , חדר משפחה עם 2 מיטות היה מרווח מאוד ומואר, תחושה של חדר מגניב בתל אביב. מיטות סבבה. החדר הזוגי היה קצת פחות מוצלח אבל עדיין תמורה אדירה למחיר. עושים כביסה מוצלחת תוך יום. היה מזגן אחלה אך ביקשנו גם מאוורר לחדר הזוגי ואזכרה תוך 4 דקות הגיעו הבעלים עם מאוורר חדש ומקדחה!! והתקין אותו על הקיר במיקום לפי רצוננו. מקום מצויין במחיר כ"כ נוח במרכז הוי אן. ממליצה בחום!
