Blue Parrot Beach Villa

The villa was spacious and comfortable. Those who want to cook their own meals - here was everything they needed! Very tasty breakfast - pancakes were my favorite! The beach - wow! The owner is very accommodating. Will help in any situation and question! If you want to go in a bigger company - the Red Parrot villa is next door.

If you don't like sand - don't drive! Because they will be everywhere.. There is a dinner offer, but it still didn't seem right for the price. Then we went to Bord'eau Restaurant (recommend! it's not close, but the food is excellent and the prices are good). Flies! They were very annoying! The water pressure in one of the bathrooms was too low to flush properly.

The location is stunning. It is overlooking a beautiful beach (feels like a private beach but it is not). Wonderful space for children to play it the sand. Inside the villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.

There is no sign of the villa/hotel upon arrival which is a bit unsettling (feels like it may be a scam initially when there is no sign/reception/etc.) (Note it was definitely a real villa, but initially it felt a bit unsettling). Expensive. Staff entered alfresco / backyard area of the villa intermittently without a prior discussion / agreed-upon time (for cleaning, etc), which felt intrusive at times.

Sudath our host was expectional , accommodation was beautiful and the food . Nothing was to much trouble . Will defiantly stay again beach nice and quiet

It matches the overall score on the booking.com. It is literally on the beach which is quite narrow ( rocks from both ends). So you have like ip to a kilometer wide isolated beach only for you and 2 neighboring villas. Very comfortable to stay with kids since there is sand in the terrace as well. Great support from Sudath to give an advice as well.

Concrete floor in the terrace is something to be aware of as it is wet mist of times. Otherwise it is stylish, comfy ant it is on the beach:)

Blue parrot was such a pleasant place to stay in! The accommodation was so clean and Sudath the hostess was very helpful. The food was great and the 2 ladies working there were extremely friendly! We will definitely miss this place and hoping to visit again soon

Everything was exceptional, villa, mr. Sudath, his assistant and both housekeeping ladies. Breakfast was excellent, we also ordered dinner.  Wifi also worked well.View on the beach is priceless. Swimming in the sea was possible (without waves). Highly recommended.

First: On the bed is just a sheet. Is not so comfortable to sleep. Please give some light blanket on the bed (and we didn't use the air conditioner at night). And the second thing is a shower near the toilet... Everywhere is wet and you must wipe. But absolutely  this is not a reason to not make a reservation.

We choose this place to have a quiet vacation with out noisy discoteques and crowds of tourists. Very good rooms and bathrooms. Good beds with nets against mosquitos. AC and WiFi are working good. You can take BBQ and сook your own from fresh fish or prawns or chiсken. Nice and clean beach with few locals passing by. At villa you can use a kayak for 3 people buth you can use it only when ocean is calm. Very nice owner Sudath and his administrator Kasun. They always helped us with different questions. Several times we had local breakfast. It was very tasty but little spicy. I asked to organize transfer from airport and back. Everytthing was perfect. They also have friends tuk tuk drivers. They drive very safe and give a good price.

Maybe add some different food for breafast. Some ham or cheese.

it is a very unique accommodation, a beautiful villa right at the seaside it is very smartly organized but still has an unique style the neighborhood - sandy seaside - is very silent and calm still, Ambalagonda is around, with all available services and amenities of a small city staff was very nice and always available, breakfast and especially diners were amazing
