Limited cooking utensils. Dirty pan and utensils. Dripping tap in kitchen. Broken chair in living room

Sul pavimento c’erano pezzi di intonaco staccato dappertutto (forse è stata riverniciata da poco). Pulizia da migliorare perché per terra era pieno di macchie nere e le scale leggermente “appiccicose”. Fin quando rimani in ciabatte o scarpe va bene. Bagni da rimodernare.

Lovely spacious unit in great location. Had a fabulous stay and finished the night enjoying the Mary Mullins local music - wonderful duet

Position was great

Washing machine without instructions was hard to use particularly as a dryer. Parking was a bit of a lottery.

On site parking. The location was very good. The bed was comfortable apart from the moveable flat bottom sheet.

Whilst the bed was comfortable there wasn't a fitted bottom sheet. First time in Ireland for this..The kitchen lacked some basic utensils but these were provided the following day. There wasn't a kitchen sink plug that fitted the sink, so difficult to washup. The heating and hot water wouldn't work when we got there and we had to call to request a maintenance visit. Subsequently, the hot water eventually came on but heating didn't work in bedroom and living areas at all during our two day stay. The host manager's response was they'd 'let their team know'. I'd say the team already knew the heating wouldn't work, and no further action was taken to fix the heating. The response time from the host to our requests wasn't great and left us in doubt as to whether they would do anything at all. The front bedroom window looked directly onto the parking area, and for privacy you needed the blinds drawn all the time. The bathroom was ordinary at best.

Honestly,the best apartment we could ask for. We were five girls and we could use bathrooms and mirrors without interrupting each other which is important as you can imagine 😅 We were in awe of how big,comfy,cute and clean it was.Definitely recommend!

Confusion over hot water for shower

misleading information about entry, not a long passageway, it was outside. hot water tricky, not clear instructions. washing machine unclean and needs a good scrub! and wasn't working properly, we had to go online to problem solve.
