Ponticelli is a beautiful cozy B&B that makes you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel. The attention received by the owners was AMAZING, they gave us their best to make sure we arrived correctly, that we enjoyed our stay and that we made the best of our trip. When we arrived, they spent a good 10 minutes giving us detailed information of what to do in the town, where to eat and what else we could do in the area. We were in Gravina in Puglia for a wedding and they walked the extra mile to make sure we had everything at our disposal to be ready. They put us in touch with somebody to iron our suits and dresses, they booked us taxis and even offered any extra help required with the trip to the church. The building where Ponticello is used to be an old monastery that has been restored to the most modern standards with incredibly good taste. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and very big. On top of that, they gave us breakfast vouchers to be used in a local cafeteria that served excellent local bakery, panninis, sandwiches as well as a great coffee. Overall, it was an amazing experience that made our trip even more enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
