The view was nice.

The apartment was hot & stuffy, the owner didn’t want us to use the air con, power to fridge & air con was off on arrival. Fridge dirty. Kitchen sink drain bubbled into the shower & was smelly, but when using shower it didn’t drain - ankle deep in water. No where to sit (no lounge other than outside) so after a big drive was hard to turn off. The bedroom with queen bed was locked - giving us 2 singles, owner hesitated to unlock but then that room was small & hot. Fan in room with singles. Apartment not set up for a couple, definitely not a family. Ladder to pool not safe, not really easy to use if older.

Everything perfect. Very quiet atmosphere. Comfy bed. Very clean area. We also found a complimentary welcome with croissant, jams and coffee facilities in the kitchen. The possibility to use the private (small but nice) pool gives you a lot of privacy. Friendly cat came to greet us: I loved him!

Just 2 quick suggestions 1. try to improve the access for the parking area: the road is damaged and in slope so enter/exit from the parking area can be a bit hard! 2. sometimes a bad smell came from the bathroom (not every day and keeping the door closed it was not a big issue but considering that EVERYTHING was perfect, this will be the "cherry on the cake")

The location was amazing. Set in the heart of one of Italy's most iconic landscapes, the surroundings perfectly captured the essence of the Italian countryside - quite and peaceful with only the birds and the bees to enjoy your morning coffee with. The tranquil setting exuded a charm that effortlessly intertwined with the natural beauty that enveloped it, making the place something straight out of a dream.

booked two single rooms as traveling with elderly parent, difficult access with lots of stairs, location didn't feel safe, windows with see through curtains, lots of spiders and creepy bugs on the floors, heating off. had to look elsewhere for proper accomodation in the middle of the night.
