Dopo aver accettato la mia richiesta per il check-in l'host non si è più fatto vivo, per ben 40 minuti ho continuato a suonare il campanello della struttura, ho inviato messaggi e telefonato direttamente al suo nr di cell, non mi ha mai risposto, ho quindi contattato direttamente il servizio clienti di Booking che ha provveduto ad annullare la prenotazione e al rimborso, perché l'host a quanto pare non poteva più ospitarci, peccato che fino a poche ore prima sembrava tutto a posto!!! Ci può stare un errore, ma allora almeno degnarsi di avvisare per tempo o almeno degnarsi di rispondere!
