Me gustó el desayuno y que el cuarto estaba limpio

No me gustó que no respetaron lo establecido en sus políticas, me cobraron antes de llegar cuando yo había puesto la opción de pagar cuando llegué al hotel, no respetaban las horas de dormir, hacían muchísimo ruido y no se podía descansar bien
