HUA B&B

The room is amazing and it is very very comfortable. It is big, well designed and the bed is super comfortable. It is the best for a couple. Also the b&b has free coffee and bikes. I managed to communicate through booking with the managers and they helped me to organize a tour guided by a wonderful girl who drove me everywhere around the day after.

The person "welcoming" was pretty cold , just did mere transactions, no communication, so I did not feel warmly welcomed in the place. Also no English speaking at all. And I had to use my mobile app to translate because the person welcoming did not have their own app. It was a bit awkward. But it is true that I made the reservation the same day so maybe they did not have the time to organize the reception. However I was able to manage communication through booking messages even though there have been some miscommunications.

Kein Problem, wenn das Personal kein Englisch kann; allerdings ist die Art und Weise, wie man damit umgeht und sich auf ausländische Gäste vorbereitet wieder eine andere Sache. Der Empfang und das Check-in war eine Frechheit, die Dame war ungeduldig, unfreundlich, hat uns aufgefordert mit unserem Handy zu übersetzen (hat aber nicht funktioniert), wurde lauter und wirkte immer genervter. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass sie sich großartig bemüht, dass wir sie verstehen können. Wir waren kurz davor ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. In der Hotelbranche ist das ein No-go.

Logement grand et très propre, a 10min a pied des arrêts de bus qui desservent Kenting. Parties communes bien équipées, avec une vraie cafetière. Mise a disposition gracieuse d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge (avec même la lessive).

Le petit déjeuner est commandé à un shop du coin, mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous... Et si vous ne croisez pas la personne qui passe la commande au moment où elle passe la commande, alors elle ne commande ...rien (au lieu de reprendre la commande de la veille par exemple) La communication avec la personne qui a l'air de tenir l'établissement a été très très compliquée : pas un seul mot d'anglais, nous avons dû galérer avec Google Traduction pour comprendre ses longues phrases. Une notice en anglais serait quand même pratique pour donner les informations de base sur le logement ...

Une merveilleuse séjour . La pièce à vivre et les chambres sont très propres. Bien que la mère du propriétaire ne sache pas parler anglais, nous avons réussi à communiquer. Merci pour sa gentillesse. L'hotel offre le 1er petit-déjeuner, ce qui est très apprécié. Le quartier est calme , des commerces sont à seulement quelques minutes de l'hôtel.
