La struttura è molto accogliente e pulita, in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il centro di Inverness. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and nice. We were disappointed that the staff were not on site and the breakfast was not as promised. The person checking us in said the breakfast would be limited since his wife was away and "she was the one who cooks". The first morning, our tour left before the kitchen was open and breakfast was served so they prepared a grab and go sack for us with a delicious granola bar, but the egg sandwich was cold. The TV in the room didn't work at all-- all channels were blocked but there was no one on site to ask. The 2nd morning we had a train that we had to catch and requested the night before per the meal sheet provided that we needed our breakfast right at 8 when the kitchen opened. Unfortunately, at 8 am, there were 7 guests waiting outside the room to open, and I knocked several times on the locked door. . No one came, I went outside, looked around the back, came in, and knocked again and still there was no answer. My suitcases were by the front door ready so we could hurry and grab some of our meal , and the Wifi failed to stay connected for us to reach a taxi. At 8:09 a young woman opened the door and the coffee was not ready, the breakfast I ordered was not started, and I reminded her that we indicated on our sheet that we needed breakfast ready at 8 so we could catch our train. We were unable to reach a cab, we had to walk to the train station, and we missed the 8:55 am train because we didn't get served breakfast until 8:25. I don't know how the breakfast service typically is, but it was not satisfactory for us.

Tired and could have done with some TLC

Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Supermarkt gegenüber. Familiäre Atmosphäre. Frühstücksraum gemütlich.

Lage an vielbefahrener Strasse. Bett mit 1 Decke zu schmal. Zahlung vor Ort ist umständlicher als direkt über booking.com. Frühstück war ausreichend aber mehr auch nicht.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, proche du centre.

Le parking de l'établissement était minuscule. Par ailleurs, la 1 ère nuit, la personne du petit déjeuner était très bien. Ce matin, il n'y avait plus de café. Elle a refait du café, il était transparent. Les croissants et les pancakes, il a fallu les réclamer. Ça laissait à désirer. C'était très moyen. Revoir le système de douche, les boitiers électriques, ça fait 100 ans que l'on est passé à autre chose.
