Room was big and the bathroom was great. Host was very accommodating and friendly.

Stairs were steep and banister at top of stairs was too close to the wall for a good grip.

Breakfast staff were excellent, lovely dining area, large and comfortable room. Easy walking distance to the city centre. We had a minor hiccup during check in but it was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

While walking distance from the city centre, the immediate neighbourhood and street on which the hotel fronts are not particularly nice.
