Staff were helpful and friendly Breakfast included, pastries, coffee and fruit Pool was great, diving board on it and it is a great area to get a tan as its in the sun all day

Great place to stay while exploring the Palermo region. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with a great view looking out over the sea and swimming pool.

Das Zimmer

sehr vieles: Swimmingpool sieht auf den Fotos sehr gross aus dank dem speziellen Winkel, von wo aus man das Foto geknipst hat, Swimmingpool klein, dreckig mit Algen. Der Strand voller Dreck, Müll, auswärtige Einheimische die dort grillieren, unzugänglich, mit einem Zaun und Schloss, welches niemand öffnet. Checkin unmöglich: Die Telefonnummer mit Vorwahl 02 nimmt jemand ab, welcher keine Ahnung hat von wie und wo man die zuständige Person erreichen kann. Auf dem Gutschein steht eine andere Natel Nummer .. dort nimmt niemand ab und per whatsapp kann man sie anschreiben, antworten nach ein paar Tagen... Preis - Leistung ist also gar nicht gerechtfertigt !!!!

Der Pool und die Aussicht auf das Meer waren sehr schön

Niesamowita obsługa, myślę że najlepsza jaką spotkałem w hotelu kiedykolwiek. Bardzo pomocni, otwarci, widać że zależy im na tym aby można było miło spędzić czas. Sam w sobie obiekt jest fantastyczny, wygląda zabytkowo i można poczuć się jak w jakimś filmie. Dodatkowo z tego co zauważyłem obiekt wynajmuje zaledwie kilka pokoi, dlatego panuje bardziej rodzinna atmosfera niż hotelowa. Do tego cisza, spokój w ciągu dnia i zdarza się że basen ma się cały dla siebie. Plus super widok na morze z basenu.

Podczas naszego pobytu, w nasz pierwszy dzień dostaliśmy informację że basen jest zamknięty na cały dzień ponieważ właściciel obiektu urządza dziś sobie imprezę. Bardzo dziwna sytuacja, która pokrzyżowała nam plany, ponieważ w tamten dzień bardzo zależało nam na odpoczynku. Nie zaproponowano nam żadnej rekompensaty w zamian. Myślę, że właściciel powinien się zdecydować czy wynajmuje swoją posiadłość czy sam z niej korzysta.

Personnel au top et aux petits soins. Piscine vue mer et Palerme est facilement accessible.

Lit un peu dur

Nel complesso bene. Camere comfortevoli e piscina carina.

Nel complesso la struttura e bella e il personale gentile. La valutazione sarebbe positiva se non fosse che sul tetto sopra la nostra stanza ci fosse un nido di vespe e qualcuna riusciva ad entrare da qualche fessura presente nel tetto. Avremo tolto una decina di vespe. E il problema sembra sia già essere conosciuto dal personale. Suggerimento... prima pensate alle vespe e poi a tutto il resto.

Le camere e l’edificio in sé sono meravigliosi ma sopratutto Molto spaziosi. La piscina con affaccio sul mare poi offre quel qualcosa in più…

È un po’ complicato arrivare poiché ci sono stradine strette. Ma va comunque considerato che è una villa sul mare in centro a Palermo (circa 10 minuti)

Die Villa ist ein wenig entfernt von Palermo, aber super um eine Pause von der belebten Stadt zu haben.
