Close to all the places I needed to get to.

Location & friendly staff

Toilet seat was loose, tiles need re grouting.

Staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and room was warm and clean with everything needed for an overnight stay. Biscuits too!

Hairdryer wasn’t great - otherwise all good.

The noise at night being kept awake from 2 am till 4 am with lorries crashing and banging doing deliveries and then people outside having a conversation and then screaming and shouting Room was hot so had windows open

The hotel is well located, in the middle of Pontypriddy, close to good restaurants, the train, and nightlife. I especially liked my room, on the top floor, as it was large, with a nice sofa, writing desks and a beautiful bathroom with soaking tub and stand up shower.

Really only one thing: no electrical outlets either side of the big comfortable bed. I use a CPAP, and only by stretching the cord and transformer out taut did it barely reach the nearest wall outlet. I’m sure if I had asked the very nice reception staff would have found me an extension cord. But I made it work.
