"Great spot"

Great location, opposite the beach with parking. Very comfortable house with really well equipped kitchen. Really appreciated provision of olive oil (always really annoying to have to buy whole bottle for a couple of tablespoons). Lovely welcome pack with wine and jams etc.

Mosteiros is a really nice village and great for Sete Cidades but it is a long way to the east side of the island so worth splitting accommodation east/west. More comfy pillows.

"Excellent house in a perfect location but no longer value for money."

The welcome pack was very nice. The house is well equipped and has air-conditioning and a washing machine. Parking is easy.

The price has increased considerably since last year. We saw a cockroach in the kitchen.
