The host is helpful and friendly

Guesthouse is very spacious and kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms are big with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom on each floor. Very quiet location with no road noise but close enough to walk to the main centre in 10-15 mins

Beds were a bit creaky but they were very comfortable and this didn’t affect a good nights sleep

The guesthouse is suitable for larger group (8 people), located near the city center, walking distance from all main attractions, very close to restaurants, shops, supermarket etc. Apartment itself is well equipped, spacious rooms. Double bathrooms, extra toilet and the terras. Fernando the host communicated before arrival and on departure, and was very helpful. As we have travelled during a winter break, the heating was also availble.

Spacious with all the amenities

Neat, smart little house, well appointed, and with a terrace to have breakfast or an evening glass of wine. It was cool to return to after a hot day out. Lots of wood. Great to have two bathrooms plus a toilet downstairs. Host is most agreeable and very helpful.

Host was very helpful and communicative throughout the rental process. The guesthouse had 4 bedrooms, which we needed for our group of 6. Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms clean and modern. Nothing is fancy, but very serviceable In spite of being in the city, it was very quiet and we had no trouble with street noise at night. We loved the location, outside the tourist madness, but still very walkable. Everything we needed was nearby. Wifi was good. The guesthouse worked well for our group.

The living room/common area is a bit small for the number of people who can be accommodated, so it's not great for hanging out together. Downstairs has a faint smell - maybe cleaning products? Not a big deal, but could be an issue if someone is sensitive.

Location is perfect. It is in the city center and at the same time not noisy. Everything what is needed for a long and comfortable stay was there. Staff was always ready to help if any assistance was needed. The owner Fernando is very client oriented.

We stayed there when outside night temperature falled down to zero degrees Celsius and we had to heavily rely on heaters (they were available) to keep inside temperature at comfortable level.

The house is very good value - I don't think we could find a house to fit 8 people in a better location in Porto for this price. The kitchen facilities are decent, all four bedrooms are good sizes, it has a good number of bathrooms and we loved the terrace. Fernando is a great host, easy to contact on WhatsApp and has plenty of info about things to do in Porto.
