"Kurztrip nach Erlangen"

"Uitstraling personeel kan beter"

Hotel ligt op een mooie rustige locatie.

Het personeel vonden wij niet enthousiast en dat komt niet klantvriendelijk over. Diegene die ons bediende in restaurant zocht bijvoorbeeld geen oog contact en dat komt erg onpersoonlijk over. Ook kon er geen glimlach vanaf. Veel dingen die op de kaart stonden waren niet verkrijgbaar. De pizza's waren van supermarkt kwaliteit.

"Gute Unterkunft in Erlangen in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadt-Mitte"

Frühstück war gut. Ausstattung war auch OK. Erscheinungsbild des Hotels war neu und ansprechend.

Hotel liegt 10 min. zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum. Soweit OK. Leider liegt es an einer Zubringerstaße mit eingeml Autoverkehr und unser Zimmer (und wohl auch alle anderen) haben ihr Fenster zur Straße hin. Das Fenster öffnen oder auf Kippe stellen war also - gerade Nachts - keine Option. Blieb also nur die Klimaanlage :-(

"Immer gerne wieder !"

Kurze Anfahrt von der Autobahn. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind mit Lärmschutzfenster ausgestattet und sehr ruhig. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut und war kaum hörbar. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und gut und es wird ständig nachgefüllt. Alles in allem haben wir 3 schöne Tage verbracht.
