"Apartment nice but alarm and hosts a major problem"

The hosts were very rude and the house has an alarm system that goes off every minute for no reason, with no instructions on how to operate it. When we asked for someone to come and help us we were accused of smoking in the apartment although we didn’t smoke and that the alarm was not our business, to which I said ok but if it is going off we need to know how to switch it off and nobody came to help us they just argued to the point I had to ignore them and we left! Very strange experience, nothing like I have ever experienced. This is the first review I have ever written in my life.

It is an amazing spacious apartment not far from the center of Torrevieja, with all necessary facilities, good wifi, perfectly neat and clean. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The staff was responsive and helpful. Would be happy to come back some day
