Location

My door kept locking from the inside latch like someone was is the room staff had to keep kicking the door open to let us in, now we have to sleep with no lock on the door, we felt unsafe and and un secure I didn’t sleep good at all the whole 2 days

They give out personal information! They gave someone that wasn’t supposed to know my checkin date and how many nights I booked for! I was getting away from a bad situation and they told this person family member information! Like my check in date and check out date and for how many nights

The food and the location

The room had the floor tile loose and it made nose when walking, some pillows had stains, and paint miss from the wall. And took too long to check in.

bleach stains in the hallways and a lot of the furniture in the room had chips on them
