We travel a lot for pleasure (as we are retired). Breakfast is a BIG part of our consideration for where we stay. I don't drink coffee but do drink HOT tea. That amenity was a small area and not immediately noticeable. The coffee (which my spouse drinks) ran out at one point, and it was dispensed via a pump type thermos. We went down to breakfast about 7:45-8 am, and the buffet items were on the cooler side, and almost all items gone. Although I saw 3 employees near the area, it seemed unclear to me who was responsible for being sure that the buffet was stocked. Only "junk food kid cereal" were offered for dry cereal options, and the oatmeal option area appeared empty. Most included breakfast hotels offer bacon as an option, instead of only round sausage. I am not a fan of southern sausage, so would have preferred the bacon. The arrangement of the buffet was not conducive for navigating the buffet. Plates, bowls, napkins and silverware were set more in the middle of food options instead of having a clear picture of where the buffet "line" starts. This can all easily be fix with just paying attention to how to arrange things more logically.

See above. Lack of parking if the hotel had been sold more rooms for the night we spent there.
