The bed and pillows were great.

The shower is terrible. The water pressure starts and stops. It's like an old man about to die from an enlarged prostate. The location is a little bit out of town.

When we arrived there were no staff on site. We had to phone for the door entry and room entry key codes (difficult when phones not working off WiFi). Had to use a local’s phone from next door. We were on the top (4th) floor - spacious and clean rooms however no lift so a lot of stairs to take with cases. Not an amazing location but picked solely so could access the harbour for ferry to Ko Lanta easily next day.
