No lift and they put me on the top floor with a bad knee which they couldn't change.

Location fine never had breakfast

Beds far too hard twice in 3 days I had to kill cockroach in my room bed too hard so I had to move I think thry could make beds a bit more comfortable I was waking up with aching hips
