Giresun Sedef Hotel

The owner is a zealot. The staff is zealot too. They are unfriendly to strangers, especially foreigners. They were behaving women like prostitutes. Small city, small vision. They didn’t accept my Russian life partner to the hotel because she has a Russian name. The staff was unfriendly. They lied about hotel policies and prices.

This hotel from the time we check-in the staff was good and friendly. In the morning the reception staff was excellent to see our comfort. Breakfast was awesome . They also make hot omlette or something of our choice. Rooms clean like 6star. Even the staff makes piping hot Turkish coffee during breakfast.what else can a guest ask for. OMG 😂😂 it's fantastic and I guarantee you'll have a great time here. Just to add internet connection is good. Tour arrangements made with the help of the staff. Rating 10/10. Thank you guys for making me feel like I'm in heaven. Better than 5star hotel . No regrets guys. I've booked for 7nights. 😃😃😁😁

Rooms are clean and very well priced. Although it is a bit small, they are well designed so you can fit in it nicely. Location is pretty well, it is in the center and there are many good restaurant choices near by. Staff is very helpful and kind. Nice family hotel...

A neat, clean hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable, we stayed as two adults and an 8 yo child, felt quite ok. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is clean and seems newly renewed. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nothing special, but ok. The hotel is very close to the main market street and old historical places, the area is safe. At night the seagulls create some sound and with open windows might be somewhat annoying but I didn’t mind. Would stay in this hotel again.

i think it is a 3 star hotel...yet you will feel it is a 4 star one. location is great with plenty of facilities near you.clean hygiene rooms with beautiful decor. staff is friendly and speak english well. free wifi. breakfast is good but i think there is a place for improvement.

Pros: Location, great staff, nice new decor, cleanliness, parking, price. Cons: Only complaint would be room view. Comments: An ideal place to stay in Giresun - whether for business or leisure. Don't look any further!
