The Samilton

I liked everything as a package. But the which tops out for me the most was the warm staff. They were very friendly and attentive. I noticed that they have attended and rectified issues for me even before I noticed them. It was very comfortable. The front seat staff go beyond and above to help you with your personal needs than sticking to the book.

Literally nothing except the location. They try to scam you and have zero regard for customers.

I booked this hotel for my guests as it looked good in pictures. But it was we below average and when I requested for extended checkout; they charged 1.5x times what was agreed upon and demanded that my guests pay in cash to avoid taxes. They harassed my guests for the money. I would never ever recommend it

The breakfast was sumptuous and fresh. The chefs at Samilton are very skilled at cooking up a delicious meal - be it noodles or maachher jhol-bhaat or the items in the breakfast spread.

Breakfast and evening meal excellently served by very pleasant and attentive staff. There was a variety of food to choose from the menu
