Joeanne's apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment consists of 2 rooms: a bedroom and a living room combined with a kitchen. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even long-term. Everything was very clean, tidy, as shown in the photo. Cleaning was every day. There is a terrace overlooking the ocean. The distance to the beach is about 5 minutes on foot. We lived on the 2nd floor and didn't hear neighbors on the 1st floor at all. Joeanne is an amazing hostess, friendly, tactful and ready to help in any situation. I read a lot of good words in the reviews about her, and now I can confirm all of this. She arranged transfer for us from and to the airport, transfer to the ferry, a tour around the island. And all this at a great price. Upon arrival, she presented fruits from her garden and also presented fruits several times during our stay. Joanna also allowed us to stay until 9pm on the day of departure and didn't charge a single rupee for it. She regularly found out if we were satisfied. Very good location, very close to ocean, close 2 Shops and good Pizzeria 1 minutes far, more of I like this wonderful Terrasse where nobody distorb u, nobody see and u can relax in evening or in day and amazing garden, everything make cooling shadow after hot beach, I like so much owner she is really wonderful , and very very clean, komfortable hause, u live like at home and very very clean, change towels everyday and cleaning too. She brings to us wonderful present tasty fish and fruit, it was very nice and tasty. And u can choose or use conditions or up ventilator very big up of bed, it's cool too in night. Very highly recommend u will be happy for sure))) P.S. Temperature in this Island very comfortable because wet air give good breath and not so hot, only people with white skin nesesarry have protection it's my advice, because u can not feel and after big painand red sceen, because sun very close.

Best of the best!!! These apartments won us over right away! Firstly, the view from the balcony-terrace of the mountains and the sea, I enjoyed it every day drinking coffee in the morning and a glass of cocktail in the evening. At the same time, the real distance to Beau Vallon is very close, 5 minutes on foot (it seems that it is far away, but it is not), if you face the ocean, then you will find yourself on the left side, there are always fewer people than in the center of the beach since in this part there is a hotel with villas and access to the sea, it is always clean and safe. Secondly, there is a good store nearby, with good prices, and there you can find everything you need). There is also a bus stop nearby, which is also very convenient. And the beach, and the store, and stop all on the same path in 5 minutes. Thirdly, the cleanliness and taste of the hostess. Everything is very, very clean, everything is thought out to the smallest details, you don’t need anything at all. Fourthly, this is the hospitality of the hostess, who made our holiday! A beautiful garden with fruits, treated. They made fish on the barbecue. We were treated to various steaks. Exceeded all expectations, we want to come back again!

The spotlessly clean appartment inclusive of the equipment, the friendliness of Joeanne,the quietness of the area and the garden area with the local fruits.

To have the aircon in the living area too. Hide the cables ref the TV area. Have some welcoming drinks (from the fruits in the garden for example) and snacks- local ones.

My wife and I spent 6 nights, arriving at 10AM by taxi(300 SCR) from the Cat Cocos ferry. Inside the gated property, we were welcomed by the owner, JoAnn, who showed us the top floor apartment of her architecturally designed 2 apartment building and explained the operational details. After processing the card payment, she escorted us to the locked rear gate for its easy access 300m down to the Vimal supermarket and 100m farther to the 1.7km Beau Vallon Beach. Everything wanted is provided in this new 818 sq. ft. apartment with marble floors, teakwood trim and views from all windows on 4 sides; a completely outfitted kitchen with gas stovetop, micro, washing machine, bedroom with a comfortable firm king with quiet AC, a covered patio with sea and mountain views, outside shower, fish prep table and parking. A large curved TV has perfect satellite reception of 20 channels; CNN, DW/Euro News, France 24, Viasat History/Nature & more. The well constructed apartments were cleaned daily, the flower garden was maintained by a gardener and JoAnn was close by to answer any texts.

A few negatives include occasional barking neighborhood dogs that are not heard at night when closed up and the TV chairs are tiring after a short spell.

Joeanne was very welcoming as well as the staff. The location was very good as it it close to the main road, close to the beach and close to restaurants and a casino. It is very peaceful and private. A really great place to feel at one with nature.
