Paradise Luxury Terrace

The location in proximity to the beaches & Portovenere is fantastic. Just a literal walk down steps to the nearest beach & a scenic 8-10 minute walk to plenty of shops, gelataria's and restaurants. The beds were incredibly comfortable & the showers were great. The view is magnificent, for some downtime or just relaxing before dinner or early morning

Not that we didn't like, but just be prepared to walk steps & I'd suggest bringing either sandals or water shoes if you're not used to stone beaches to make it more enjoyable.

It was in walking distance to anything you want to do . It was a super easy check in . We didn’t mind the stairs bc in Europe you will do a lot of walking . Host responded back and showed us where she had already sent us all the information . We had an amazing time !! James

The location is perfect. The view is absolutly amazing and the place has almost everything you need.

The place looks like it was a 10 out of 10 but a few years ago. The place is amazing but it need new property management company. 2 dors were scraching the flor and were making a lot of noise. We only had 2 toilet papers for 4 persons for 6 days. We didn't had an caffe machine. This place only needs some fine touches in order to shine again.

Struttura ampia, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort. Qualsiasi problema possiate riscontrare durante il vostro soggiorno scrivendo a coloro che gestiscono la casa verrà risolto nel minor tempo possibile, staff gentilissimo e super disponibile! Vista da 10 e lode

Nice and modern apartment very close to the beach and just 1km away from Porto Venere, easily reached by a pleasant stroll along the sea.

Some furniture is old and broken (e.g table on the terrace & sofa in the living room).

L’emplacement est très bien, juste à côté de la plage (en galets). Au choix plage publique ou privée avec transat. Il y a un café juste en bas de l’immeuble si on veut qui sert aussi le petit déjeuner. L’appartement est très bien équipé et spacieux il y a tout ce qu’il faut et la Clim est très efficace.

Ce qui n’était pas écrit c’est que l’appartement est bien au Rez de chaussée de l’immeuble, mais il est à clac de colline et il y a au moins 60 marches à monter (je ne les ai pas comptées 😅) mais avec des enfants en bas âge, ce n’était pas l’idéal.
