Air con was excellent in a heat wave Plenty of parking

The food was poor….not good at all They couldn’t even cook the chips correctly…rock hard…inedible Curry with a rubber poppadom …..Goan Curry was a joke Breakfast was a shocker….staff were ill disciplined and leaderless…. Breakfast “room check “ was torture…..staff unsure who should do what. But the whole breakfast offering was a shambles….. Catering for coach tours…..cheap and cheerful…..proper budget penny pinching It’s not a 4 star Hotel…..would struggle at 2 stars….. It’s big and not properly managed Check out staff were missing in the morning Very busy Hotel …chaotic at times ….no proper management They should take a leaf out “The Glasshouse” in Sligo….a very well run 3 Star Hotel

Bedrooms quite out dated and first hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t provide a bottle of water which was surprising considering price we paid

Breakfast was poor. Buffet breakfast and dried up.

The space in the lobby was large and provided space for guests to relax

It was dark and outdated too many patterned carpets and dark wood.
