Abbey Villa - No 5

Overall excellent accommodation with the only negative being a 10am check out and feel 11am would be better

The house was perfect for our stay. Lovely base while we golfed and visited St Andrews. Lovely modern furnishings. Clean. Short walk into town. Just lovely

Downstairs toilet a little smelly!

Great location with easy access to town. House is well fitted out with modern appliances and has been decorated/furnished to a high standard.

Location was fine, short walk to the town. Liked it had sky tv.

I felt 10 0clock checkout was a little early and didnt feel paying an extra £25 for an extra 1hr was value for money after already paying almost £600 for 2 nights stay.

Location location location Everything I thought it would be. Fab size lounge, comfortable beds. Lovely wee garden to front of the villa. Ideal if you have kids or dogs as closed in with gated area. Private parking too.

On first impression walking upstairs to go round to villa 5 I thought it would have been nice to see some colourful plants instead of all weeds along the side. Having said that the next day I did see a Gardner doing bit of weeding. Maybe they are doing some work at the entrance now. Once by this open the gate and 2 semi villas await with private garden. Safe for kids and dogs. Did see wee dog next door so take it furry friends are allowed and why not 🐕🐕. Villa to the front is more traditional and I bet that is beautiful inside too.

Well located, comfortable and clean. Strolling Town or to attractions. Nice garden area to the front, shared with house next door.

Hard to find. Specific instructions that it is behind older apartments would be useful as we were wandering around with Google telling us we had arrived until helpful staff member of the letting agency put us out of our misery.
