I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were highly professional and spoke excellent English. We were warmly welcomed by Kevin, the reception manager, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The room service was outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail. Housekeeping cleaned and organized everything thoroughly each day, including every bottle and item we had used, and promptly replenished all amenities and supplies. Thanks to their excellent service, we felt completely carefree and comfortable every night. The buffet breakfast at The River Café was delicious, and the restaurant offers one of the most beautiful river views we have ever experienced at any hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Canton and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
