Hotel Indigo Seattle Everett Waterfront Place by IHG

Great location, Friendly staff, nice rooms, comfortable bed, extremely clean all located in the harbor by nice Resturants and a great coffee shop/bakery. We will be back.

The room was clean, and shared spaces were generally quiet. One night there was late-night noise on our floor after curfew, but the front desk attendant handled it promptly and respectfully. One of the front desk staff members (Sierra) was consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The pool had a very strong chlorine smell. Unfortunately, we had an issue with housekeeping removing a pillowcase from personal pillows we brought with us (the case was brown, while hotel linens are white). Despite asking repeatedly over the course of five days, the hotel was unable to locate it and provided conflicting information before ultimately issuing a credit after our eighth inquiry. The hotel is conveniently located near a favorite local coffee shop, offers a nice area for morning walks, and is generally well-suited for business travelers. The lobby snack bar is a nice touch, and overall it’s a solid value for a standard chain hotel within a 40-minute radius. However, due to the mishandling of our personal belongings and the daily parking fee, I likely would not return.

I liked the location and it was clean

The tv didn’t have a lot of options, I would have loved a hot tub near the pool.

Friendly staff, didn’t feel “sterile” or impersonal as other hotel stays I’ve had, great pet relief options around the immediate building, great location and views, quiet area.

My room was right next to the elevator lobby which meant I could hear the elevators through the wall whenever they were operated through the night, so it woke me up throughout both nights of my stay. Also, the hardwood/tile/non-carpeted floor wasn’t good for my dogs to manage when trying to get off the bed, as they had no traction under their paws and kept falling onto the hard floor. Because my older dog has hurt herself in the past because of this exact issue, I did bring a small area rug with me (a regular staple now when I travel with my dogs), which I was able to set at the one side of the bed and it solved the issue. Nonetheless, it’d be great if there were carpeted rooms available.
