I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent booking with your service. To begin with, the contact number provided was extremely unreliable, as no one answered our calls despite multiple attempts. Upon reaching the location, we were made to wait for approximately 30 minutes as there was no one present at the reception. This lack of basic coordination and responsiveness was very disappointing. When the staff member finally arrived, there was no acknowledgment or explanation for the delay or the unanswered calls. To make matters worse, despite having a confirmed booking for a double room, we were informed that it had already been given away. Instead, we were offered a single room, which was completely unsuitable for our group of three adults and one child. This entire experience was highly unprofessional and inconvenient. It caused unnecessary stress and discomfort, especially after a long journey. I must say this has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered, and based on this incident, I would not recommend your services to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent such situations in the future.

Food is good

Toiletries not kept. Moisturizer was expired. Geyser hot water not coming Bedsheets were not good

Rooms was really neat and clean .. also location is very near to Raja seat .. next time whenever I travel to Madikeri I would like to stay in this hotel

Very little options for breakfast .. it would be great if you add just one or two extra items for breakfast .. also staff were not available all the time near the desk .. if I have to ask something, I ve to go n search for him everytime ..
