Came to check in , staff wasn’t helpful atall ….had to cancel my reservation and leave ….. Never again will I book at the Hilton @ the Meadowvale location though I have stayed previously many time , staff were different and very pleasant to deal with, but now , it’s different …staff don’t care anymore !

The staff , including the manager , not helpful atall , think he needs more of customer service training

This is a Hilton and you cannot find too many issues. The room was very clean, the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

A bit far from downtown but very well located for heading to Niagara Falls.
