Union Plaza Hotel

Fantastic breakfast, the best breakfast I ever had at a hotel with a fantastic view of the Palace of the Parliaments. Good location, walking distance from Old Town, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was good and clean.

The mattress was too soft and had a bulge due to which I had back pain. The ceiling in the room was just concrete and ugly, not sure if it was by design or someone forgot to complete it.

It was all great, no complaints to the hotel itself, it is just a shame that the hotel doesn't have some fitness or wellnes. Other than that, it is a great choice and great value for money. Position of the hotel is also nice, along one of the big avenues, with the view to Parliament building and with Old town center within walking distance.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. The panoramic view from the terrace area was nice for taking photos.

The hotel was decent overall, but there are a few things worth mentioning. It’s not very close to the city center, so getting around takes a bit more time. The breakfast was okay, but the selection was quite limited and could definitely be improved. Everything else was fine and the rooms were comfortable enough. One thing that was a bit misleading was the terrace they advertise — the open area doesn’t actually have tables or chairs, so it’s not really a place where you can sit and relax. It’s more suitable just for taking panoramic photos of the view.
