"Really nice but needs some repairs"

The apartment was really nice, close to everything from coffee shops, markets and the mall. It's modern, clean and in a quiet area.

The walls in the bedroom need to be repaired and cleaned up with a fresh white paint. It's not nice to see that the whole in the wall was covered up by a wall lamp which is not working and to see footprints up on the wall. Also, one of the drawers in the kitchen was not staying closed, everytime we passed by it would open.
