Very disappointing. Business centre does not have a computer you can hook up to an air printer which I did but then couldn’t find the place the item was printing to that staff had said was the air printer and so they told me to email the hotel with the document not a great start. After a long day went back to the room noticed the room wasn’t cleaned called down asked for the room to be cleaned with new towels around 1:00. Returned back to the room after 4:30pm room still wasn’t cleaned and so left garbage outside the door that was starting to smell rooms are very small. Was told cleaning staff work until 7:00pm so went out and returned to the hotel at 8:30 and the room still wasn’t cleaned. Honestly when you stay at a hotel the little things matter I would strongly suggest passing on this hotel. I finally received a call back from the manager at 9:00pm and no reason other then shortage of staff so I guess my room didnt make the cleaning cut. I would pass on staying at this hotel. I am not one to write a negative review but I feel others traveling wanting to have the small things looked after not stay at this hotel.

We love staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Martha and Lisa who are so hospitable and helpful that it feels like we are guest in their home. Rooms are pretty good, so this time we were surprised to find the window shade broken in a down position and a bunch of hair on a bathroom shelf. That said, the service, safety and options of the lobby experiences are top notch.

The lobby and the cleanliness of the lobby and the gym has some nice eqpt.

My sheets had tiny pieces of hair on the sheets, and it looked like body hair from a previous customer. The sheets were dirty. I slept on top of the bed with my personal blanket that I keep in my vehicle. I was there for the military graduation.

Experience was quick and easy to book. Room bathrooms sink holes pretty dirty under the nozzles of all liquids need to be cleaned built up residue and several hairs. Breakfast was included zero stars pancake machine down toaster oven down only apple or orange under cooked meat and eggs most ppl had their food in lobby from other places. Easy checkout
