B&B located 10 - 15 minutes walk from village centre. Arlene was great host . Helpful , made delicious breakfast . Quiet , relaxing area , nice for evening walks . B&B spotless , room spacious enough for 2 adults .

Tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Der Frühstücksraum kann auch abends zum essen oder verweilen genutzt werden. Die Unterkunft ist nahe an einer Bushaltestelle, von der man bis Belfast oder bis Newcastle fahren kann, was wir gern genutzt haben. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 min an der Dundrum Bay. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Parken direkt auf dem Grundstück.

Das Haus steht einzeln, etwa 100 m entfernt von der Straße, die doch recht viel und schnell befahren ist. Wer nachts empfindlich ist, wird das Fenster lieber zulassen. Das Bad hatte nur eine Lamellentür, was die Privatsphäre untereinander etwas eingeschränkt hat.

Spacious comfortable room, private and en suite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and hoast couldn't do more for us.

Everything was wonderful, including weather.

Une hôtesse discrète et très gentille, un très bon et copieux petit déjeuner et places de parking gratuites . La petite ville compte plusieurs chouettes pubs et restaurants et le château est à voir même si il est en ruines

La salle de bains est petite et la porte à glissière peu pratique

Friendly and inviting. Beautiful house with a lovely fresh relaxing atmosphere. Bed was very comfy Excellent cooked breakfast in the morning

You have to be careful coming out lane as belfast Rd can be very busy and traffic travels quite fast on that section.

Arley House is a short walk, about half a mile and all on the level, from the centre of Dundrum Village where there are a number of good places to eat - I would recommend the Mourne Seafood Restaurant. At Arley House itself, the breakfast was very good, with the owner ready to freshly prepare whatever breakfast people wanted. It was a very hot day when I visited so I only wanted cereal and toast and tea but the Ulster Frys which other guests enjoyed looked delicious. The bedroom itself was a very good size and spotlessly clean and there was also a lounge area with comfy seats. Highly recommended.
