Very clean, comfortable beds, very tasty breakfast and charming hostess, Arlene.

Lovely location and a very warm welcome. Great facilities for making tea/coffee. Plenty of areas to sit and relax both in the house and in the garden. There was more than enough choice for breakfast including a perfectly cooked fry to your preference. Very relaxing atmosphere and all your guests needs considered.

Really friendly host, made us feel very welcome whilst giving us space. Lovely to get served the Ulster fry in the mornings. The overall atmosphere of the place was very welcoming.

The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful. Although this place did not serve breakfast, the rooms had basic self catering facilities so we were able to make our own breakfast plus we were also able to makeean evening meal. (Lidl is 5 mins walk away). It is right in the middle of Downpatrick so very convenient.

The only issue we had was finding the place!

A return trip for me, says it all. Arlene is a great host and it was lovely to meet the new addition, Dixie. Super comfortable beds, easy parking & lovely breakfast. Also dog friendly - a bonus. Can highly recommend.

Lovely host and stunning area. Cooked breakfast. Close to town and nature reserve. Clean and comfortable. It was very cold for the time of year but we were able to use an electric heater to add to the radiators.

Bathroom a little small.

What a hidden gem. We had a fabulous stay with great hospitality and food. A big thank you to Arlene.

The host Arlene even took us to a recommended restaurant in the local town and arranged for a taxi to collect us. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely breakfast.

Arlene and family were so kind and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful stay
