Front desk workers are always so bubbly and pleasant. "Q" is a friend to everybody.. always on top of her task and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a positive and satisfactory stay. Have been coming here consistently for over a year, at least twice a month, and have been happy and thoroughly pleased every time I stay.

I was traveling alone to go take care of my daughter, who started Chemo. I got a very late start on my trip and decided last minute to stay in Bakersfield for the night. "Q" who checked me in was so sweet and welcoming. She got me a cart from the Kitchen to haul my luggage in as a previous guest had not returned the official luggage cart. When I got to the 4th floor I saw the official cart and after i unloaded my luggage I took both carts down. "Q" offered me a complimentary glass of wine for bringing back the missing official cart. It had been a long day and I really appreciated her kindness. She was a delight to talk to and I wish her all the best.
