"Old hotel, livable status."

The price was good for value. Seem decent hotel. Pool seems nice but we did not use it. The bed was comfortable. Has microwave and a small freezer.

Decent value, but avoid the Provincial Wing—it has a run-down motel vibe. We requested a move to the newer building, which was a significant upgrade. It’s still quite old, but definitely more acceptable for a stay.

i really loved the room, nice and clean. great location, wasn't far from where the conference that i attended. i would stay there again if i have another opportunity to go back to Vancouver. My grandchildren really enjoyed their stay as well.

"The staff and accommodations at the Sandman Signature Airport Hotel were first rate!"

The night before checking in, I called the hotel directly and spoke with one of your front desk staff. Her name is Sanghwa; she was delightful. I had a couple of questions about the hotel and she answered with kindness and professionalism. Upon checking in, I was helped by an absolutely wonderful young man called Selim. He took time in making sure I was happy with our room and he helped me register for the Member's account which included being able to park in the Member's Only parking space. After my friend and I went up to our room, Selim phoned and said he believed I had left my phone on one of the lobby tables. He was sure it was my phone because of the photos of my grandchildren that he saw while helping me register for the Member's account. I was so happy and grateful! Our room was spotless, the beds incredibly comfortable and my friend and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We enjoyed a lovely visit at the Sandman Signature Airport Hotel.

Room service for wine glasses was a little slow, but we know they were very busy. We didn't mind waiting.
